10. Shipping costs

12. Delivery

Salvo que se existan circunstancias derivadas de la personalización de los productos, o se produzcan circunstancias imprevistas o extraordinarias, le enviaremos el pedido, consistente en los productos relacionados en cada Confirmación de Envío, en el plazo señalado en la página web según el método de envío seleccionado y, en todo caso, en el plazo máximo de 30 días a contar desde la fecha de la Confirmación de Pedido.
Los plazos indicados en la página web sólo contabilizan días hábiles, excluyéndose fines de semana y festivos de ámbito nacional o local en el lugar de entrega, desde que se produce la salida del pedido de nuestros almacenes, pudiendo variar el plazo en función del lugar de destino. Los pedidos son entregados según los horarios de la empresa de mensajería, en cualquier momento entre las 8 de la mañana y las 8 de la tarde de lunes a viernes (excepto días festivos), y se precisa firma del acuse de recibo o albarán a la entrega.
La responsabilidad sobre los artículos se derivará al Cliente en el momento en que se produzca la entrega del pedido.
A efectos de las presentes Condiciones, se entenderá que se ha producido la “entrega” o que el pedido ha sido “entregado” en el momento en el que usted o un tercero indicado por usted adquiera la posesión material de los productos, lo que se acreditará mediante la firma de la recepción del pedido en la dirección de entrega convenida.
Cuando el usuario reciba el artículo deberá comprobar que se corresponde con el que adquirió, que se encuentra en perfectas condiciones y que no hubiera sufrido daños en el transporte.
Plazos de entrega (se computarán días hábiles):
– España peninsular y Portugal: 2-3 días
– Islas Baleares 3-4 dias
– Resto de Union Europea: 5-7 días aproximadamente.
Estos plazos no tienen en cuenta causas de fuerza mayor no imputables a Baobalaya (como por ejemplo inclemencias del tiempo o huelgas). Al objeto de facilitar al usuario el seguimiento del envío, una vez que el pedido salga de los almacenes de Baobalaya, se le enviará un correo electrónico de “Confirmación del envío” con el número de seguimiento del pedido que podrán utilizar en el sitio web de la empresa de transportes para hacer el seguimiento del mismo. Los usuarios registrados podrán hacer el seguimiento del estado de su pedido a través del apartado “Mi cuenta”. Por motivos de seguridad, no se enviará ningún pedido a apartados de correos, ni se aceptará ningún pedido cuando no sea posible identificar al destinatario del pedido y su dirección.
El cliente se compromete a notificar los casos de falta de recepción de pedidos una vez transcurridos diez (10) días hábiles a contar desde que se le hubiera enviado la notificación de envío del pedido, haciéndolo a través de la dirección de correo electrónico hola@baobalaya.com.

13. Impossibility of delivery

14. Return Policy

14.1. Legal right to withdraw from the purchase

The user will have a period of fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal.
